Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We want your "Joy of the Month" to be the highlight of your mailbox!

  • The Schedule: To keep things consistent, we ship all subscription kits on the 15th of each month.

  • Domestic Shipping: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, your kit typically arrives within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your joy is headed your way.

Returns & Replacements

Because our kits are seasonal and often contain unique or time-sensitive items, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your experience.

  • Damaged Items: If your kit arrives damaged or looking a little worse for wear due to its journey through the mail, please let us know!

  • Lost Kits: If your kit hasn't arrived within 10 days of our shipping date (the 15th), it might be lost in the "snail mail" shuffle.

How to get help: In either case, please email us at info@joyofthemonth.com. We will do our best to send out a replacement or find a solution that puts the joy back in your day!
